Product Description
Huoya ceramic fiber boards are manufactured using high-purity ceramic fibers as the primary raw material, with the addition of inorganic and a small amount of organic binders. They are produced using specialized vacuum forming equipment. The temperature resistance grades include: 1000°C, 1260°C, 1400°C, 1500°C, 1600°C, 1700°C, and 1800°C. Due to the inclusion of organic binders during production, initial use may result in smoke and a burnt odor, which is normal. Customers should operate the boards under working conditions for 24 hours to eliminate these effects. The company can produce inorganic boards, hardened boards, hydrophobic boards, and vitrified boards according to customer requirements.
